School is in Session!

Makenzi started school on July 20th. She has been going for a few weeks now and she is really liking her new teacher. She had a ton of homework the first week but that didn't give her a bad attitude. She has one friend from church in her class but she says that they don't talk in class becuase "she sits on a different table mom".


After much and many prayer and fasting we decided to keep Eli home for another year. He has been doing mommy/daddy school and that is going really well. To make up for the social aspect we are signing him up for martial arts classes. Yesterday was his first class and he absolutely loved it. They even had him break a board in front of everyone and he did it on his first try! What a boost of confidence.
